What you can expect
The Double stroller will arrive at your chosen address in a single, carefully packaged box. It is not small or light, so please handle it with care. The box is labeled for easy identification, and it should be opened from the top to keep the brand name right-side up and visible. If you ordered accessories along with the stroller, they will be included in the same box.
What’s in the box
Your Double stroller package includes several components. Please ensure everything is accounted for upon arrival. While we strive for the highest quality control, items can occasionally be misplaced during packing. If you notice anything missing, please contact us immediately.
The box contains the stroller frame, two seat units, and a basket. Additionally, you will find four wheels (two front and two rear) and two bumper bars. An instruction manual is also included, which we highly recommend reading. If you prefer, we have instructional videos available in the articles section of our website.
For purchases made in the USA, a registration card is included. You can mail this card to us (postage paid) or register your product online here.
Unpacking
Carefully open the box with a knife or scissors and take out your Double stroller, placing it on a flat surface. Remove all the protective elements used for transport, such as plastic foil, and unfold the Double stroller. To unfold it, unlock the folding lock on the side of the frame. Next, attach all the wheels. Once done, lock the brake; it will be much easier to mount the bumper bars when the stroller is stationary. Note that we did not lock the wheels in the video 🙂
After placing the bumper bars, you’re good to go!
